Each single-use vial contains 4ml sterile, preservative-free, non-pyrogenic Sodium Chloride Solution 3% for respiratory therapy. INDICATIONS: To be used in conjunction with a nebulizer, the contents of these vials are for the induction of sputum production where sputum production is indicated.

Shock Treatment: Dopamine is used to treat shock (especially in cases like septic, cardiogenic, or hypovolemic shock) by improving blood flow to vital organs, particularly the heart and kidneys. It helps to increase blood pressure and cardiac output.

Heart Failure: Dopamine can help improve heart function and stabilize blood pressure.

Hypotension (Low Blood Pressure): Dopamine is often administered in patients experiencing hypotension due to various causes, including post-surgical low blood pressure or after trauma. It helps raise blood pressure by improving the heart's pumping ability.

Acute Renal Failure: In some cases, dopamine is used to improve blood flow to the kidneys, especially in acute renal failure or oliguric conditions (when urine output is low), though its use for this purpose has become less common due to better alternatives.

Severe Bradycardia (Slow Heart Rate): Dopamine can be used in treating patients with very slow heart rates (bradycardia), particularly in the setting of acute conditions where the heart rate is dangerously low and unresponsive to other treatments.
